Erinnert ihr euch als ich von der Davale Isildur Miniatur erzählt habe? Nun, mein Traum wurde wahr und ich bin nun der stolze Besitzer selbiger Figur! =D Sie zu bemalen war eine wahre Freude und ich muss sagen, dass ich mit dem Ergebnis sehr zufrieden bin. Die Skalierung passt nicht so ganz zusammen mit der Infanterie Version. Aber hey, sie passt auch nicht zusammen mit den GW oder Davale Kriegern, dem alternativen Elendil etc. Also was solls^^ Ich kann die Miniatur jedem Numenor Fan nur wärmstens empfehlen =)

Remember when you I told you about the alternative Davale Isildur? My dream came true and now I own the mounted version of the miniature! =D Painting it was really a joy and I have to say I am pretty happy with the result^^ The scale does not fit with his metal infantry version but hey, it is also not fitting the plastic warriors from GW or Dale or the alternative Elendil so... who cares ;) I can commend it to every Numenor fan =D

 Since I started playing MESBG, I always liked painting miniatures - it was even the reason I even got into the game. But for the longest time, I avoided basing them. This has changed drastically and I wanna take you on the journey how that happened and wanna strike a blow for basing =) From hate... The very idea that after hours of painting a miniature, it was not considered finished, puzzled me from the very beginning. But not only was a not based miniature seen as not finished, a lot of tournaments expect your army to be battle ready. And that also means - basing. Part of me did not wanna do it because I had no materials yet and spending money on sand and stones instead of new miniatures, well... did not ring with me. The other reason I even refused to do basing was that I actually thought that raw, black bases are any way the best thing to have. Endlich wieder auf einem Turnier! Der Würfelorden gab sich dieses Jahr wieder die Ehre und richtete ein Turnier aus. Diesmal war ich das erste Mal selbst als Ordensmitglied mit dabei und auch in der Mitarbeit involviert. Ich möchte euch einen kleinen Überblick über diesen tollen 23.10.2022 geben ;) Ich muss euch allerdings leider gleich sagen, dass ich keine Fotos meiner Spiele gemacht habe...
